White Anchor Services was founded by Christian Albertson with a simple belief: property ownership should create freedom—not stress.
After years of working in customer service, operations, sales, and team development, Christian noticed the same problem appearing everywhere. Whether it was a vacation rental owner, a busy professional, or a growing family, people spent an enormous amount of time managing problems they shouldn't have to manage themselves.
Contractors wouldn't call back.
Service appointments required taking time off work.
Minor maintenance issues became major repairs because nobody was physically present to catch them early.
And when emergencies happened, owners were often left scrambling to coordinate vendors, schedules, and repairs from miles away.
White Anchor was built to change that.
Rather than operating as a traditional property management company, White Anchor was designed as a local operations partner—combining hands-on oversight, trusted vendor coordination, and concierge-level service into a single point of contact.
Christian's approach is simple: build systems that create consistency, establish relationships that create trust, and treat every property as if it were his own.
